Changeable Skies LLC only selects houses with the student in mind.

All houses & apartments were completely rebuilt with new wiring, heaters, insulated windows as well as new baths and kitchens.  Every room is pre-wired for cable and phones.

Our units are across the street from campus or up to 1 1/2 blocks away from campus. For safety and security,  each unit has 24 hour monitored smoke and fire alarms complete with lighted exit signs and building alarms. The larger apartments have full sprinkler systems. For exterior security each building has 24 hour recorded CCTV cameras and plenty of Dusk to Dawn security lighting.

All buildings are inspected yearly by the City for compliance and safety. All of our buildings pass code by 100% .

We have a full maintenance team available 24/7.
